- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Payne & Brown provides a positive customer experience because they don't bother me with cold calls or try and sell me a million other products. I have used them for auto and renter's insurance. Their customer service with regard to switching cars after a new car purchase could use some work.
